Eli is completely OBSESSED with trash trucks....that's right trash trucks!
I am not sure what he loves about them, but he waits every Friday for the trash truck to come down the street and screams "Trash Truck" when he sees it or hears it! Even if we are downstairs hanging out and he hears the trash truck he will run upstairs so he doesn't miss it.
He constantly says the word "trash truck" - he refers to everything as "trash truck" and when he is excited about something he says "trash truck"... we hear "trash truck" all day long and not a muddled "trash truck" its a very clearly pronounced "trash truck"
I remember Ashtyn loving the trash trucks, but no where near the level of Eli...
Everyone who knows Eli, knows that entertaining the child is next to impossible - he will stay occupied with an activity for no more then ten minutes. Well, the other day Matt had an idea, got on You Tube and searched for "trash trucks" and of course he found videos of trash trucks!
Can you believe some guy drives around and records trash trucks?
Well, Eli sure appreciates it, because he sat at the desk and watch "trash trucks" on You Tube for an hour, completely engaged...
Oh, Eli you are SO cute!
We have now found a new way to keep monkey boy quiet and safe for more then 10 minutes...
You Tube seriously is the answer to our prayers...!
