Trick-or-Treat

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

We didn't share in much festivities throughout the day, since Ashtyn took a 4 hour long nap - I think she had to recover from the day before.  So once she woke up we headed over to Nana and Papa's for Sunday night dinner and for some "trick-or-treating"around their neighborhood.

 

By now, Ashtyn was a pro at this "Trick-or-Treating" thing.  Uncle Kevers, Matt and I took her around the neighborhood - she had tons of fun getting even more candy!  When she would leave each house she would say "Let's do one more - ok?"  After about 20 minutes though, she said "Ready go home now, my legs are tired from walking" - Oh the things she says sometimes...

After going through the neighborhood we stopped by Aunt Pammie's house to say "Hi" and then over to Grandpa Butch and Sandy's house for one last trick-or-treat!  We couldn't have asked for a better Halloween - it gets more and more fun each year as she gets older and actually enjoys doing these things - minus carving pumpkins! I remember her first Halloween when she was a little chilly pepper - how fast time flies!
